I am an approachable and client-focused occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people live safety and independently. I take a holistic, person-centre approach and
enjoy working collaboratively to find practical solutions. Known for being fun-loving and a good listener, I build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their care teams. I speak English, Mandarin, and Hokkien, allowing me to connect meaningfully
with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Assistive Technology
Assessment and prescription of assistive technology to improve participation, independence and quality of life. This involves gaining an understanding of the individual’s needs to identify
and completion of trials to determine the best assistive technology solution, completion of documentation ot obtain funds to purchase (as appropriate to each funding body), and training and support to ensure effective use.

Pressure Care
Education and management strategies to maintain skin integrity and prevent/improve existing pressure injuries through prescription of pressure redistribution equipment and review of functional
abilities, transfers, posture and other assistive technology.

Manual Handling and Transfer Assessment
Evaluation of an individual’s physical abilities, environment and support needs to determine the safest and most effective techniques, equipment and assistance required for moving and transferring
to reduce risk and promote independence.

I take a person-centred and practical approach to therapy. I work closely with each client to understand their routines, goals, and challenges. Together, we create strategies that
support independence, safety, and confidence at home and in the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle – running, hiking, and going to the gym. I have two dogs who keep me on my toes, and on my days off, I love catching up with friends
over happy hour beers. Staying connected and balanced helps me bring good energy into everything I do.
