I am a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with experience working with a wide range of presentations across the Sunshine Coast community. I am committed to helping people lead active lifestyles, regain participation in meaningful activities, and live their best lives.

  • Geriatric Rehabilitation: Including interventions to enhance the lives of older people through balance and mobility, falls prevention, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, multi comorbidity lifestyle interventions as well as functional exercise programs, social wellbeing and goal specific rehabilitation.
  • General Rehabilitation: Including interventions for acquired brain injuries such as Traumatic Brain Injury and stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron Disease, Huntington’s Disease and other rare neurological conditions.
  • Neurological Rehabilitation: Including interventions for acquired brain injuries such as Traumatic Brain Injury and stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron Disease, Huntington’s Disease and other rare neurological conditions.

As a physiotherapist, I strongly believe in using a holistic, client-focused approach to care. I prioritize understanding each individual’s unique needs and goals, developing a tailored, evidence-based treatment plan. I believe in fostering strong, supportive relationships with my clients, empowering them to actively participate in their rehabilitation and restore their functional independence.

Outside the clinic, you can find me taking long walks on the beach with my dog, Harper, and exploring new coffee shops across the coast!
