I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist dedicated to providing client centred care to improve strength, quality of life and confidence through evidence-based movement, education and personalised exercise.
Areas of Expertise

Promotes continued independence and participation in daily life.
Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation: Exercise interventions for chronic joint conditions such as osteoarthritis, post-acute and chronic musculoskeletal care, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Includes chronic pain management strategies and support to return to social, leisure, community, and sporting activities.
Cardiometabolic Health: Individualised exercise strategies for chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and POTS. Focuses on improving exercise tolerance, function, and confidence through safe, progressive exercise programs.
Approach to Therapy
My philosophy is to work collaboratively with each person to understand their goals, motivations and interests to design enjoyable, practical strategies that support meaningful and achievable improvements in health, function and quality of life.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic I enjoy spending time listening to audiobooks or podcasts while walking my dogs, completing home renovations, and staying active through bushwalking and strength training.
