Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is to provide clients with the tools and knowledge to help them achieve their goals. I provide education along with an exercise regime, help reduce pain, improve strength and mobility, boost mood and social well-being and improve overall quality of life. My exercise programs are functional, achievable and goal specific and are designed to boost confidence, allowing the clients to maintain independent living both at home and in the community.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, you will generally find me outdoors enjoying the sunshine, either with a book, at the beach or hiking. I also love exercising as part of a group so you’ll often see me at the local gym participating in or teaching a group fitness class.
