I am a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with a keen interest in improving the lives of my clients.
My mission is to empower individuals to regain independence, enhance their quality of life, and overcome physical and emotional challenges.
Areas of Expertise
- Assistive Technology: including complex items such as hoists, power drive wheelchairs, electric adjustable beds, recliner chairs and pressure care items
- Home Modifications: I have skills in modifying the built environment to ensure that there is a match between the person and where they live
- Mental Health: I believe in the mind-body connection. I assist clients in managing stress, anxiety, and depression through therapeutic interventions.
Approach to Therapy
My approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and holistic. I collaborate closely with each individual, tailoring interventions to their unique needs. Whether it’s designing adaptive equipment, modifying the built environment, or providing emotional support, I am committed to fostering positive outcomes.
Outside the Clinic
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside with my kids, enjoying the beach or spending time with friends. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance to recharge and stay inspired.
